Welcome aboard, and thank you for joining us. Before the classes begin, we’d like to let you know more about us.
David’s English was founded in 1987, and our forte is teaching adults. We not only specialize in one-on-one classes, and groups classes, we also have corporate classes. For instance, IKEA, Costco, TSMC, and Citi Bank are our clients. Moreover, we have our own teaching materials, the Life series. In terms of the class genre, there’re basically 9 of them, one-on-one tutoring, basic pronunciation, daily conversation, business English, corporate presentations, proficiency tests and certificates, grammar, reading and writing, each with a total hours of either 30 hours or even 120 hours depending on the needs of the students. We’ve been organizing everything since this March, and plan to launch the online class this year. If everything goes well, we’ll have at least 40 new group classes coming up.
In the meantime, if you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to let us know. Teaching can be so rewarding sometimes, and that’s why we’ve been doing it for 35 years, and we’re still loving it. Hope you can enjoy the journey as much as we do.

As the professional English learning school for more than 35 years, we’ve provided English learning programs to all level of ages and professionals.
I hope you’re happy and well! One good thing that’s come out of the past couple of years is that we’ve really experienced the power the digital world has to connect people. It has really made us think about how David’s family, past and present, can impact lives. That’s why we’ve decided to create an online platform to connect teachers and learners. Our platform won’t be limited to English teaching. We want teachers to share their talents and passions, whatever those may be, in whatever way they choose. As long as our teachers have something to share, we want to match them with students who want to learn. We’ll offer teachers the ability to design their own classes and set their own hours, prices, and class sizes for each of the classes they teach, as well as deciding which students to admit to their classes; all we’ll do is add a flat platform fee to the amount the student pays.
